You call the XP activation phone number, say no to the consent to being recorded, repeat the capitcha back to the automated system, and say yes to the link being texted to you.  It sends you a link to a page where you specify your product, type in the installation ID, and get back an activation code.  I just tested it today.]]></description>

About the private keys used... Leaked sources should have better blobs, unless the guys who wrote the original paper would have used precisely these already.]]></description>
