Sigh it’s ended up like many things of the era, all the code is lost only the decades old flames remain. Seems like a real shame as the tools apparently supported MIPS & Alpha.

Per the thread at https://groups.google.com/forum/m/#!msg/comp.os.ms-windows.programmer.win32/U1bOpWp4tPk/-v52GvdmRnIJ , it looks like it’s an outfit run by Art (Arthur) Kreitman. He appears to have a github account at https://github.com/akreitman . But also per the original thread, he took a fairly strict line on the GPL – that sources are available, via physical distribution, to customers, for the cost of media and shipping. So you might have more luck trying to find third parties who re-posted it.

They appear to be founded in 1994 – I’ll go out on a limb and suggest they did things like this before settling in on what their real business was to become.
