I&#039;d already built early Nethack with GCC 1.x so I hadn&#039;t worried too much.  Although this will need either a different assembler, or different object file format to run on anything else other than the un-released 4.3BSD

But it&#039;s very impressive the work that was put into making this tool chain!]]></description>

Don&#039;t underestimate how useful this on its own is. Being able to natively compile pre-ANSI C without much hiccup might be really handy for forward-porting old C software.]]></description>
