In reply to Grey Panther. It runs fine on DOSBox, msdos however doesn't work with CGA. The CGA logo was captured via DOSBox.

AFAIK CGA should work with DOSBox out of the box :p, but if that fails you should be able to force it with machine=cga. See https://www.dosbox.com/wiki/Dosbox.conf
