I also have a Kryoflux and do archiving. I think it would be wise to archive this as there are few copies around these days.

As far as i know you’re one of the few people in the world that has a remain copy of QNX1.2. So i dunno that someone really could made QNX disk images, let alone publish them.

You will need something like a Kryoflux device to dump it successfully.
