I’ve used it on Windows 7, and Windows 10. I avoided the whole 8 fiasco.

However it should run, as long as you have ROMs, and it’s configured correctly…

Do PCem v10 run on Windows 8.1. I have problem with PCem on windows 8.1
because said PCEM.exe have stopped working error. I Need Help.
