The downloads are all still there, I went ahead and downloaded them (the instructions are in the 404 page, as I’d gotten tagged as problematic for providing i386 Windows CE binaries that fail to scan as normal Win32 exes) anyways they are here:

wget won’t work. You have to read the 404 page. The whole story is there.
