Yes this was the rebirth of Cairo something that Microsoft still hasn&#039;t exactly figured out what it is...  I would suspect that OS/2 2.0 (cruiser&#039;s UI) had inspired some kind of OO UI which went further to the filesystem and the OS, however it never has been realized.]]></description>
