Where did SimCityLite come from? This seems to be the only reference to it on the entire Internet! I’m quite curious what was taken out to make it a “lite” version. (I’d rather like to see Bricks in action, too.)

Indeed, the major problem with OS/2 was, if it didn’t work on your hardware you needed a computer to alter the boot/install diskettes… In retrospect there should have been an option to selectively parse config.sys like there was for MS-DOS at the time….

I do recall it was quite problematic with this Compaq all in one, that looked awfully a lot like a Macintosh iMac. But I can’t complain I made a really good friend that day I helped the poor chap out. Even if I did set his windows color scheme to ‘hot dog’.

hey os/2 warp was brilliant pitty there marketing department sucked… i had it and it was very usable except if had problems with win 95 apps

bloody hard to set up slip if i remember corectly
